How does a project start?

With a short call or email exchange. We then send a written plan with scope, rough timing and open questions.

Do you work with clients outside Ukraine?

We work remotely, in English or Ukrainian. Time zones are agreed at the start.

Who owns the code?

You do. Repositories and service accounts are created in your name or transferred at hand-over.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes, after a review. We first read the code and tell you what we find before committing to changes.

How is pricing set?

Per project or per agreed hours, depending on how clear the scope is. We discuss it once we understand the task.

What do you need from me?

A person who can decide, access to existing systems, and feedback every week.
